EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

MS Plus Health Initiatives & Consultancy is a Zambian-owned public health consultancy and implementation enterprise committed to improving health outcomes through evidence-based solutions, research, technical advisory services, environmental health interventions, capacity development, and programme implementation.

We work collaboratively with government ministries, local authorities, development partners, non-governmental organisations, academic institutions, healthcare facilities, private sector organisations, and communities to design and implement sustainable interventions that strengthen health systems and improve population health. Our multidisciplinary approach combines scientific research, public health expertise, environmental health practice, monitoring and evaluation, education, and implementation support to develop practical solutions that respond to today's complex health challenges.
